Where Veterans Have No Constitutional Rights!

In the Capital of the United States, the last Super Power in the World, and a country that supposedly promotes basic human rights, is the most corrupt Court in the World.

And it is in this Court, the United States District Court in Washington, D.C., that America's Veterans find that they have no rights.

The United States District Court in Washington, D.C. will go down in history as being the most corrupt Court in the world. For it is here that a 100% Service-Connected Disabled Vietnam Veteran has  been trying to get the Court to simply RULE on Motions he has filed 18 years ago!

All the Motions ask is for the U.S. District Court to issue an ORDER telling the truth. But the corrupt federal judges in that Court find the truth so distasteful in their mouths that they are unable to speak it. So the Motions sit, illegally, for over 18 years now, and the Court refuses to act on them.

 This conduct is so appalling, and corrupt, that it makes Kangaroo Courts in Third World Countries appear more honest. All the Veteran wants is an ORDER reflecting the truth in Case 84-0399.

Proof

This all started in 1984 when Billy Ray Kidwell, a 100% Service-Connected Disabled Vietnam Combat Veteran, filed a Lawsuit against the VA seeking to force the VA to act on his disability claim that had been pending since October of 1970. The Case was 84-0399. [At that time the VA Claim had been pending for 14 years.]

The United States Attorney, and the Office of General Counsel for the VA in Washington, conspired together and destroyed Billy Kidwell's VA Claim File and then filed a Motion in Court fraudulently stating that the he had never filed for VA Benefits, and asking to have the lawsuit Dismissed. [A number of VA Attorneys have been caught using this exact same tactic over the years, and two have actually been prosecuted, but only when news media got involved. It takes exposure in news media to get government officials to "become" honest.]

However, there was one VA Attorney in the Office of General Counsel that was honest, and he advised the Veteran about the conspiracy, and sent him evidence of the crime in the form of copies of some of the records that were destroyed with "Destroy This" hand written on them. They were actually signed by the government attorneys illegally destroying the records, and lying to the Court.

The Veteran promptly sent this evidence to Chief Judge Norma Holloway Johnson along with a number of Motions asking the United States District Court in Washington, D.C. to issue an ORDER reflecting the truth, to wit :

Specific Facts

1. That the Veteran did have a VA Claim pending at least as far back as October 1970.

2. That Case 84-0399 had been wrongly dismissed, and that the Veteran had been denied his First Amendment Right of "Meaningful" Access to the Washington Court as a result of a government conspiracy, and illegal conduct by government attorneys.

3. That the Effective Date, or starting date, of the Veterans Claim was October 10, 1970 and that the Veteran had to re-file his claim in 1984 solely due to illegal conduct by government attorneys. Because they had illegally destroyed his VA Claim File to get case 84-0399 wrongly dismissed.

The United States District Court in Washington, D.C. has sat on these Motions for over 18 years now in an attempt to cover up these crimes for it's "Friends" in the United States Attorney's Office.

The Veteran has written every single judge in the United States District Court in Washington, D.C. every year for 18 years.

And every single judge in that District Court has been made Fully Aware that a cover up of Criminal Acts is taking place in their Court, the United States District Court in Washington.

 Yet none will act.

Therefore, every judge in the United States District Court in Washington, D.C. is violating his oath to uphold the Constitution, and is helping to cover up Federal Crimes.
