VETERANS COURT OF APPEALS CORRUPT

The Court of Appeals for Veterans is so corrupt, that if you were to call it a Kangaroo Court, you would actually be giving it a complement!

The proof?

Recently Tom Hubbert filed a Pro Se Mandamus before the Court, because the Regional Office had "Sat" on his claim for five years, as his family went hungry, while quickly approving claims for VA Employees, in as little as five days.

The Office of General Counsel, directed by Tim McClain, filed a response lying about every material fact in Tom Hubert's case.

Tom Hubbert filed a Motion asking the Court to ORDER all parties to be honest.

The Court of Appeals for Veterans decided, that the Office of General Counsel could lie all it wanted, and REFUSED to issue an Order requiring all parties to be honest.

What kind of Court would not want the truth?

A CORRUPT Court !

Billy Kidwell filed an Affidavit, stating that the Office of General Counsel had committed, a number of federal crimes, such as stealing, and destroying, his VA File and lying to a Federal Judge to wrongly effect the outcome of a case.

Billy Kidwell stated that there were Official Records proving these crimes, by the Office of General Counsel, and he filed Motion after Motion seeking production of the evidence.

The Court of Appeals for Veterans REFUSED to require that the Office of General Counsel produce the evidence they have.

Why would an "Honest" Court refuse to look at evidence, that proves federal crimes were committed?

It is because the Court of Appeals for Veterans, is corrupt, and wants to cover up the federal crimes, to protect it's "associate", Tim McClain, in the Office of General Counsel.

It's all dirty politics in Washington.

At any rate, the evidence is overwhelming that Veterans STILL don't have a Court to go to.

The Court of Appeals for Veterans is all a sham. A con game.

The Court of Appeals for Veterans is no more then a Rubber Stamp for VA Officials.

Nothing more. Nothing less.
