In an effort to appeal to all Veterans we have attempted to remain impartial and not support any political party.

Our founder, Billy Kidwell, and most Veterans seem to be traditional Republicans, while many Veterans coming to the site are also Democrats, so we tried to walk the line being neutral.

We can not in good conscience continue to do so.

The new Republican Party under George "W" Bush has set an Official Policy of pitting old Veterans against new Veterans, as part of a scam to cut down on the budget, and to cheat Veterans out of benefits that they've earned.

President Bush promised to Veto the Disabled Veterans Tax and has fought the Colonel Day Lawsuit Group, and betrayed America's Veterans on every issue.

Now we have found that the Court of Appeals for Veterans has been so dishonest towards Veterans all these years because it was stacked, and FIXED, by the Republican Party.

We were deceived for a while by the Democrats who promote that they are for Veterans. Several Democrat Politicians DID do a lot for Veteran Issues and the Veteran Cause.

Freshman Democrat Congressman, Jim Marshall, was a leader fighting the Disabled Veterans Tax with his Discharge Petition on HR 303, and most Democrats signed the petition.

Yet we went to Democratic Senator after Senator with proof a whole "Class" of Veterans had their VA Records illegally destroyed by dishonest VA Officials and NOT ONE would help us.

We found the "Established" Veterans Groups would not help either and groups like the American Legion, and VFW, seemed to be a wing of the Republican Party, more interested in promoting a Republican Agenda, then helping Veterans.

The two party system is corrupt to the core and ignores Veterans, simply sending us form letters when we go to them for help, because we do not have the money to pay their bribes that they require under the Two Party Lobby System.

The only answer is a third party, hopefully one that is against the Lobby System, and is for Veterans. At the present the Veterans best hope is the New Veterans Party.

Republican, Democrat, Independent, whatever, Veterans need to put aside our differences, and put Veterans FIRST or we will forever be third class citizens with no rights, having benefits we earned stolen from us at whim.

Evidence keeps mounting proving that the judges on the Court of Appeals for Veterans are extreme right wing zealots, who believe that Veterans should have no rights, should have no Veterans Court, and do not deserve benefits.

An investigation by www.VetsForJustice.com has discovered that although the Veterans Court was established by Congress and "supposed" to be for Veterans, that the Court is nothing more then a sham, a hoax, intended to deceive Veterans, by making them believe they have a real Court, a fair, and impartial, Court to go to when the VA arbitrarily denies their VA Claim.

In reality, the Veterans Court is "fixed", and stacked, with extreme right wing zealots, most of whom were appointed by the Bush Family, all of whom are bias against Veterans, and believe Veterans Benefits is really welfare.

The numbers show that a Veteran has a better chance of hitting the lottery then of receiving a fair trial in the Court of Appeals for Veterans.

We have found that there is a pattern that  Veterans who proceed Pro Se before the Veterans Court, because they are unable to obtain an attorney, are taken advantage of by both the Veterans Court, and the General Counsel of the VA.

In fact, records of a number of Veterans Cases prove that all motions filed by Pro Se Veterans are ignored, and usually not ruled on, while the Veterans Court actually encourages the General Counsel of the VA, Tim McClain, to lie, and falsify documents, to cheat the Veteran.

Clearly judges on the Veterans Court are involved in an ongoing conspiracy against America's Veterans.

We are sending a personal letter to each Veterans Court Judge to see if they have the guts to admit their illegal conduct against Veterans, that is well documented.

And we shall post their response, if any of the judges have the courage to respond.

We have posted story after story here about the massive fraud being committed against America's Veterans by the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. We must write it because the news media in America refuses to expose the Veterans Court Con Game being pulled on America's Veterans.

First, it should be noted that the Court of Appeals for Veterans is not really a Court. It is a pacifier being used to keep Veterans divided, and appeased, so that we do not rise up demanding basic human rights.

The Veterans Court is very much like the crumbs that were tossed to blacks when they first started rising up in America wanting fair treatment. Nothing but a pacifier!

The problem is that Veterans, black, yellow, white, or red, must STILL sit in the back of the bus when they deal with the government, simply wanting fair treatment, and the benefits we earned.

There are no rights for Veterans in America!

You will not find justice, fair treatment, or even basic human rights, and respect, when you go to the Court of Appeals for Veterans, if YOU are a Veteran.

What you will find is a "Court" where the Chief Judge, Donald L. Ivers, is a former head of the VA Office of General Counsel, and has a history of fighting AGAINST Veterans in Court, for the government.

A Chief Judge who has a history of criminal conduct towards Veterans, actually helping cover up how a whole "class" of Veterans had their claim files illegally destroyed by VA Employees.

But that's not all!

You will also find that this same "Veterans Court Chief Judge" has written, and published, articles stating that he is AGAINST Veterans having a Court to go to.

So why was a shyster attorney, AGAINST Veterans having a Court, with a history of being anti-Veteran, made CHIEF JUDGE of the Veterans Court he is so much AGAINST ????? !!!!!

It's because the Court is a sham!

Congress never intended for Veterans to have a REAL Court, a fair Court, an honest or impartial Court. Is was all a Con Game to appease Veterans that were uniting, and screaming, for a real Court to Appeal to.

Yes, Congress got us again. We are now even further in the back of the bus. The problem is most of America's Veterans don't know it. They believe there is a Court where they can appeal their case.

Out of 14,000 cases filed before the Court of Veterans Appeals the Court ruled in favor of the Veteran only 13 times!

Still think we have a "Court" to go to?

In the Veterans Court Motions that are critical of the Court, or expose the truth, are not filed. Motions filed by Veterans are not ruled on or rubberstamped "denied" while Motions filed by the Department of Veterans Appeals are usually ruled on within two days, and always granted.

It's all a con game!

Every judge on the Court of Appeals for Veterans KNOWS what is going on, is part of the conspiracy to violate every Veterans Rights, and BELONGS IN FEDERAL PRISON!

When will we get up from the back of the bus, stand up like men, and DEMAND the fair treatment we earned with our service?

We need to FIGHT. To use the one weapon dishonest government officials cannot stand. EXPOSURE!

We need to pressure the media, newspapers, television, talk shows, radio and we need to expose how America's Veterans have the same rights as slaves.

We get benefits only at the whim of our government. There are no rights.

The Veterans Court is a sham, full of criminals, making nice bucks by cheating us. They are politicians on the same team as the Department of Veterans Affairs, the most corrupt agency in history.

YOU can make a difference. YOU can put some effort into exposing the massive Con Game being pulled on America's Veterans. YOU can write, write, write to news media, call in on radio talk shows, and so on.

Or YOU can continue to sit at the back of the bus.

What do Veterans do when they go to the Veterans Court only to find the Veteran Court Process is a sham?

Most Veterans, and citizens, do not know that there is NO check and balance system for judges in America.

1. Judges can actually purposefully commit crimes and they are immune from arrest since the Justice Department will not prosecute them.

A California Judge was actually caught misusing his power as a judge to rape women. He was not charged, nor punished in any way, and is still judging cases.

2. Judges may discriminate based on race, sex, or any other reason, may "fix" cases for friends, may commit almost any act and they are completely immune from lawsuit.

3. Federal Judges actually have a "policy", that is approved by the United States Supreme Court, of accepting bribes that they call "Educational Junkets".

There are no checks and balances, and the vast majority of the Courts are "political", especially the Court of Appeals for Veterans in which the Chief Judge is a former VA General Counsel that hates Veterans, and is dead against Veterans having a Court.

Simply put, the Veterans Court System is a sham, to deceive Veterans into thinking they have a Court to go to, to appease Veterans, while screwing them.

Well first lets point out what Veterans cannot do. In America a Veteran, nor any citizen, may not speak and complain to Congress. That's a no, no.

Elena Sassower, the founder of www.JudgeWatch.org spoke up, and asked the Senate Judicially Committee if she could please speak about a judge, and "our" Senators on that committee had her placed in jail for nine months!

And we thought these kinds of things only happened in Russia! That citizens could speak up about their government in America.

The Judicial Complain System is a joke. Any Complaint against a judge simply goes to the judges "fellow" judges, who it is well documented do not consider "fixing" cases for money, raping women, or any other crime, to be a crime, if a judge does it.

The judicial system in America is rotten to the core, immune from any kind of justice, above the law, and accountable to no one.

They are far more powerful then any mafia in history!

We need to EXPOSE, not just the rotten Court of Veterans Appeals System, but the whole rotten System of Courts in America. There needs to be a public outcry.

And since BOTH political parties or either behind the rotten state of America's Courts, or ignore the problems, we need to support a different political system, other then the "good old boy" two party system of the Democrats, and Republicans, that is the root of the problem.

We need to not only join, but we need to get our brothers, our sisters, our uncles, and aunts to join. We need to VOTE VETERAN and get an independent, HONEST, Court for America's Veterans, and make all other Courts accountable when they break the law.

After the Veterans Court was established Congress found that 80% of the cases before that Court were filed by Veterans without attorneys, resulting in access to that Court being a joke.

Congress, with the intent of helping Veterans obtain meaningful access to the Veterans Court allotted funds to pay for attorneys through the Legal Services Corporation. [ http://www.lsc.gov/ ].

Four National Veterans Organizations, the American Legion, the DAV, the National Veterans Legal Services Program, and the Paralyzed Veterans of America formed the Veterans Consortium and submitted the winning bid for all that federal money.

First note, that the VFW is "missing" and doesn't even pretend to care about Veterans having attorneys, although the VFW has very substantial resources, from dues, it's Bingo's, and bars, and has profiteered off America's Veterans.

We have contacted the Veterans Consortium, numerous times, with proof a whole class of Veterans have had their VA Records illegally destroyed by VA Officials, seeking legal assistance.

And despite their fraudulent claim that they help Veterans they turn down with legal advise they have not helped, NOR given us any legal advise.

Legal assistance from the Veterans Consortium is given to Veterans in an arbitrary, and capricious, manor, at best, and according to many e-mails we have received is far less then "meaningful", when assistance is given.

We have e-mailed the Veterans Consortium, the American Legion, the DAV, the National Veterans Legal Services Program, the VFW, and the Paralyzed Veterans of America, asking several questions, including WHY they did not assist a whole class of Veterans that were harmed.

We only received one response, and that was from John McNeill, Deputy Director with the VFW, who said they would help if we gave then a specific example of a Veteran being cheated by having his VA Records illegally destroyed by VA Officials.

We sent him solid evidence of the founder of www.VetsForJustice.com having his VA Records not only destroyed, but proof of an ongoing cover-up by VA General Counsel, Tim S. McClain, and several judges on the Court of Veterans Appeals.

The National Veterans Groups, especially the VFW, DAV, and so on have millions and millions of dollars they make turning Veterans into drunks with their bars, and profiteering off us with dues, and off our wives with their Bingo's.

PLUS they get massive federal grants....AND STILL TURN THEIR BACKS ON US WHEN WE NEED ATTORNEYS!!!!!

The Veterans Consortium, the American Legion, the DAV, the National Veterans Legal Services Program, the VFW, and the Paralyzed Veterans of America should all be investigated, and prosecuted, for FRAUD!

And every Veteran that belongs to those groups should take appropriate action to change the policies of their group, and to get their leadership investigated.

Those groups were chartered to help Veterans, NOT TO PROFIT OFF US!!!

We need to support the new Veterans Party and become as active as our health allows to assist our fellow Veterans in their quest for basic human rights, fair treatment by the VA, and justice from our government.

I have gone through the Federal Courts to sue pro se the VA Medical Center, et al, here in Albuquerque a few years ago - I have first hand experience confirming exactly what you state below.

Beginning shortly after the Civil War, the Federal Courts began to invent Judicial and Prosecutorial immunities.

Today, no matter how corrupt, malicious or incompetent a judge is, he is 100% immune from lawsuits for money PROVIDED that he has reasonable belief that he has jurisdiction in the matter (not that he has actual jurisdiction - only that he reasonably believes he has jurisdiction).

Judges have been successfully sued for money in cases where they did not have a reasonable belief of jurisdiction. A good example is a judge that publicly defames a person outside the Court room, for example, to the press, or in a case that he has not been assigned.

The U. S. Constitution provides for only one form of immunity - Legislative Immunity - in its Speech and Debate Clause. And that only extends to legitimate legislative activities.

Judicial and Prosecutorial Immunities were some of the most egregious violations of rights that occurred under King George, and were important reasons why we had our Revolution.

Perhaps you did not know but the Federal Courts have already ruled that the Feres Doctrine applies to Veterans - not just active duty military. What this means is that VA Medical Centers can butcher Veterans at will and the Veterans have NO LEGAL RECOURSE in any Federal Court where the judge relies in his decision on the Feres Doctrine.

You will never get a Veterans Party going - most Veterans are very apathetic.

If Blacks, Jews, homosexuals, women, or seniors were abused as badly as Veterans are today there would be rioting in the streets.

When New Mexico AG Tom Udall interrogated me about my honorable SCDs, I repeatedly contacted every major Veterans Organization headquarters in the Country and received ZERO HELP! This included 8 letters to DAV - I am a life member of DAV - before DAV responded.

A DAV Congressional liaison bluntly told me that since Tom Udall sits on Veterans Affairs, he would not criticize him even if he were Satan himself (incidentally, "evil Udall" is in the Bible Codes, and Udall, based on Udall-family WebPages, is the proud descendant of mass murderer John D. Lee, Mountain Meadows Massacre, murdered 140 men, women and children).

By and large, the Veterans organizations are pretty much whores of the VA these days.

For example, when was the last time you heard Vietnam Veterans, The G.I. Forum, Paralyzed Veterans or DAV do anything radically proactive these days to protect Veterans?

Better advice would be to ask your readers to join or form pro se clubs in their communities, and then every time the VA screws with them, for EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM to file a lawsuit in the Federal Courts in their Districts.

Filing a case cost about $150 to the Plaintiff (plus about $50 for legal services). However, it costs the Federal Government $10,000+ to process a case even if it is simple and dismissed 3 months later.

If you get 200 - 500 cases going every year, you will get Congress to finally address Veterans problems.

Veterans also need to organize and publicly demonstrate against the Federal Courts - publicly outing corrupt, malicious and incompetent judges.

If all that fails to work, the way I see it, many more Veterans are likely to go berserk - "going Veteran" will supplant, "going postal."
 

The VA Office of General Counsel should be one of the safe guards for Veterans. When the Department of Veterans Affairs makes mistakes the duty of the Office of General Counsel should be to instruct VA Officials that what they are doing is wrong and to guide them as to what is lawful conduct.

Instead the Office of General Counsel has always been controlled by ego mad shyster lawyers, so drunk with power all they care about is prevailing in Court. Politicians!

Individuals not fit to even be attorneys such as the former VA General Counsel, now Chief Judge of the Veterans Court, Donald Ivers, and the present "political lawyer" Tim McCain.

They are politicians who wrongly think the law is like a game of baseball, where any illegal tactic is okay, as long as you win.

These shyster, POLITICAL, lawyers have turned the VA Office of General Counsel into an ADVERSARY against Veterans.

The "Policy" of the Office of General Counsel under shyster Tim McCain is to OBSTRUCT justice, lie in Court, and hide VA Documents, and evidence, when it is favorable to the Veteran.

If it harms the case of the Office of General Counsel they will do anything to get rid of it. They have hid documents proving Criminal Acts by VA Officials against Veterans in a large number of cases we have documented, that they will freely lie in Court to prevail.

Just once I'd like to see a Veteran go to Court against the Department of Veterans Affairs, and receive a fair trial, without Corrupt VA Attorneys lying, misrepresenting the facts, and manufacturing fake evidence.

Just once I'd like to see a Veteran get a fair trial, an HONEST trial, in the Court of Veterans Appeals.

But that will never happen as long as Bush Front man, Tim S. McClain, runs the VA Office of General Counsel, and Bush Flunkies control the Court of Appeals for Veterans.

Although the law says it is illegal to Obstruct Justice, lie in Court, falsify documents, hide evidence, and otherwise use the tactics of the VA Office of General Counsel, and it's leader, Tim S. McClain, the law means nothing when it is not enforced.

In case after case in the Veterans Court the VA Office of General Counsel, and Tim S. McClain, has been caught Obstructing Justice, falsifying evidence, outright lying, and committing any crime to make sure the Veteran is denied a fair, honest, hearing.

In case after case the VA Court has went along with the shenanigans because the Chief Judge of the Veterans Court is a close friend of Tim S. McClain, and a former VA General Counsel Attorney.

This criminal conspiracy against Veterans will continue until the laws of our Great Nation are enforced.

We get dozens of letters each day from Veterans that have been fighting the VA 18 years, 30 years, and up to 50 years and yet are still being cheated.

The Department of Veterans Affairs has long had an "Official Policy" of using any means to delay Veterans Claims, and sending Veterans in endless circles, as a way to buy time till the Veteran dies, so the VA would not have to pay the Veteran the benefits he earned.

When a Veteran dies his claim dies with him. His dependents, mother, father, children, and wife lose out. Having Veterans go in circles for sometimes 30 years of more results in a majority of Veterans simply giving up. Others determined to receive their benefits they earned often die of medical problems caused by their service, or old age, before seeing a penny.

One clue is the fact that substantial amounts of VA money ear marked for America's Veterans by Congress is "laundered" into the Republican Party. Millions of other tax payer dollars is either squandered by the VA Republican Leadership, or simply "disappears".

First they get an iron hand on the Department of Veterans Affairs by appointing "trusted" Republican Politicians as Secretary of the VA, and as the VA General Counsel.

Then massive FRIVOLOUS government contracts are awarded to Republican "Friends". Contracts like the non-working 386 million dollar software Contract in which the software failed at Bay Pines Medical Center causing the deaths of some Veterans, and delays in needed operations for many other Veterans.

The Department of Veterans Affairs has long been under the complete control of the Republican Party. It's all politics and con games. And it will stay that way until we clean up our government.

First, we need to do away with the lobby system and the sale of our government to corporations by the Republican Party.

Next, We need to realize that the Democratic Party is nearly as bad as the Republicans, and to UNITE with other Veterans behind the new Veterans Party.

Veterans need a party that will actually listen to them and America needs a New Political Party that has not been bought by the lobbyists yet.

We need an America of the people, by the people, for the people, and NOT sold for a few pieces of silver to slimily lobbyists.

The question every Veteran should be asking is WHY was a former VA Attorney, Donald Ivers, who had a long history of OBSTRUCTING Veterans who were victims of having the evidence in their VA Claim File "tampered" with, made Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals for Veterans.

The "W" Bush Administration keeps waving flags and boosting about how patriotic they are.

Are they really patriotic, or is the "W" Bush Administration practicing a "Political Patriotism" where their boosts of being patriotic is really all for show, a political con game to look good for votes?

1. On the same day President "W" Bush sent our troops into battle in Iraq he attempted to cut the budget of the VA so there would not be adequate funds to treat those who fell in battle.

2. PRESIDENT "W" BUSH and DONALD RUMSFELD both want the Iraqis who were tortured by Americans to be given compensation.

In fact, President Bush had the Justice Department fight AGAINST our American POWS in Court!

Apparently President Bush, and Donald Rumsfeld, believe it is okay to torture American POWS.

3. A "Class" of American Retired Military had their Military Retirement Checks taxed at 100% when they became disabled.

4. For years everyone enlisting in the military was promised lifetime medical care if they served 20 years or more. After serving the 20 years in the military the promised medical care was taken from our retired military.

5. President "W" Bush had Thirty Billion Dollars ($30,000,000,000.00) in foreign aid to give Turkey...WHILE TURKEY WAS FORCING OUR SHIPS FULL OF TROOPS TO STAY AT SEA DURING WAR, and yet President Bush couldn't afford to provide America's Troops with adequate armor causing the loss of many American Lives.

6. President Bush had Dr. Chu, the Pentagon's Undersecretary tell the Wall Street Journal that "Veterans were harming America".

Clearly the facts, the very actions of the Bush Administration, prove that they not only do not care one bit about America's Own Troops, and Veterans, but that President "W" Bush is as UNPATRIOTIC as it gets and has betrayed America's Veterans on every single Veteran Issue.

If Bush wasn't President he would probably be tried for treason. And rightly so.

The FACTS show us whose side the President, and his Administration, are really on.

 John Hahn lay marooned in his bed last year at the Dallas veterans' hospital, desperately seeking a nurse. An Air Force vet whose terminal bone cancer had made him a paraplegic, Mr. Hahn required turning every two hours.

That day, March 21, he started at 5:30 a.m. pushing his call button, which rang at the nearby nurse's station. No one came. He pushed it throughout the morning and into the afternoon, and still nothing.

Finally, in anger and frustration, Mr. Hahn used his bedside phone to summon the police.

An officer arrived within minutes, and nurses said they had in fact checked on Mr. Hahn several times. When the officer left, a hospital aide gave the patient the relief he sought.

"Took 5 min," Mr. Hahn, 61, wrote in his journal. "Within an 8 hr period of time they couldn't find 5 mins. to turn me."

Although his solution was unusual, Mr. Hahn's story of neglect at the Dallas Veterans Affairs Medical Center is not.

Virginia Pritchett of Mineral Wells recalled her father's stay there for hip surgery.

Tammy Turner of Fort Worth also took her father to the Dallas VA. "They made it a living hell there," she said.

Since the founding of www.VetsForJustice.com in January of 2003 we have quietly been investigating hundreds of allegations of government corruption towards Veterans.

A pattern has evolved of government officials living lavish life styles, at the expense of America's Retired Military, and Veterans, while they mock Veterans, sending them in circles with frivolous form letters, and con games.

As Veterans wait months for medical care, and often cannot receive operations, or medical care they need, because of "alleged" cuts in VA Funding, high level VA Officials waste millions, and millions, of dollars to live, and/or work, like royalty sometimes in Theme Park like settings.

Veterans are actually dying, and wrongly living in poverty, when they are legally entitled to benefits, as government officials rob them blind.

Who is responsible?

The blame for the massive stealing in the government, and the terrible plight of Veterans in America clearly fall on the shoulders of four separate entities.

1. The VA Inspector General Richard J. Griffin, a former Deputy Director of the United States Secret Service, who is either the dumbest person in history when it comes to conducting investigations, or extremely corrupt.

2. The Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs which closes its eyes to avoid seeing the massive VA Corruption when a Veteran is the Victim. If you go to them for help, with actual proof of Criminal Acts by VA Officials, the most a Veteran can expect is a form letter, full of lies, and meaningless bullshit.

3. The House Committee on Veterans Affairs, that has a specific subcommittee on "Oversight and Investigations" that is no more then a sham. If a Veteran has a lot of political clout he "may" get a form letter response from them.

4. America's Veterans themselves for putting up with such a corrupt system.

The types of crimes range from an "Official Policy" in the Department of Veterans Affairs to steal favorable evidence from Veterans Claim Files, and falsifying VA Records to cheat Veterans.

To giving outrageous construction contracts to companies that build massive VA Facilities that won't hold up for a year, and buying computer systems for hundreds of millions of dollars that don't work.

The VA has long had a policy of using any tactics, no matter how illegal, to cheat Veterans legally entitled to benefits, out of their benefits.

The "Tactics" involve delaying the processing of claims till Veterans die, or give up. Stealing, or ignoring, evidence favorable to the Veteran. Frivolous hearings where the outcome is predetermined, and VA records related to the hearing are purposefully falsified, and written "slanted" to justify cheating the Veteran, and lying in the sham Veterans Court.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, and their professional "Shyster" Attorneys will go to any extreme to hide the truth, twist the facts, and cheat Veterans legally entitled to benefits, OUT OF THEIR BENEFITS!

The goal is to save as much taxpayer money as possible by out, and out, stealing benefits from Veterans that have earned them, and are legally entitled to them, so that VA Officials can steal the money.

Take the case of Tom Hubbert who is legally entitled to a VA Pension. Mr. Hubbert, after requesting a hearing for two years, had a hearing at the VA Regional Office in Saint Petersburg, Florida. A large stack of evidence was submitted, and witnesses testified on his behalf.

The hearing officer stated she had the authority to make final decisions. She then admitted that Tom Hubbert was fully entitled to a Non-Service Pension and stated that she had ruled in favor of him. This was in front of a witness.

Six months later Tom Hubbert received a report of the hearing that was completely false, and did not show how the hearing officer had ruled in his favor. Even the testimony of his witness was falsified.

Veteran Tom Hubbert made a Complaint to VA Inspector Griffin, and both the House, and Senate, Committees on Veterans Affairs.

The VA Inspector General, Richard J. Griffin, refused to contact a single witness, or even investigate, yet he sent a form letter to the Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs saying the allegations by the Veteran were "Unfounded".

The House, and Senate Committees did nothing!

It is amazing that VA Inspector General Griffin could reach such a conclusion without looking at a single piece of paper, or contacting a single witness.

VetsForJustice Founder sought a copy of Case 84-0399 in which he sued the VA because VA Attorneys had illegally destroyed his complete VA Claim File, destroyed evidence in Case 84-0399, and lied to a Federal Judge.

As seems to be the pattern, when a Veteran is the victim of corruption by VA Officials, Inspector General Griffin refused to view any evidence, or contact a single witness, yet he knowingly lied to the Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs and said "Kidwell's allegations were unfounded". [We have absolute proof posted here for the public to see proving every allegation by Kidwell is true.]

Over a hundred other Veterans have contacted us about their claim files being illegally destroyed, or favorable evidence, often medical records, being illegally destroyed by VA Officials, and the crimes are never investigated by VA Inspector Griffin.

The goal is clearly to steal as much as possible from America's Veterans so that the money can be stolen, often by the millions of dollars, by government officials, and/or, their friends.

And the House, and Senate, Committees on Veterans Affairs has to know all this corruption is going on, because surely they get as many letters from Veteran Victims as we do. Only a fool would not see the clear pattern of form letters from Inspector General Griffin, and the massive stealing, and waste, of taxpayer dollars being stolen from the Veterans they were earmarked for.

There is so much stealing, and "Very questionable government contracts" that these government officials stealing our money are acting like starving kids let loose in a candy store.

Another Veteran, Charles M. Millner, submitted proof that millions of dollars were being ripped off, and/or, being wasted by high level VA Officials.

As usual, VA Inspector General Griffin found the allegations unfounded even though Veteran Millner submitted proof High-Level VA Officials were wasting over a million dollars to work in a luxury environment, in a theme park setting, with a petting zoo, and with Buffalo roaming 80 acres of prime real estate.

At the same time the Department of Veterans Affairs was turning away Veterans because of a "lack of funds".

The only shortage of funds in the Department of Veterans Affairs seems to be towards Veterans. Nothing is too good for high-level Officials in the Department of Veterans Affairs, and "Very questionable contracts" for their "friends" seems to be the norm. [Or those they owe political favors to.]

What can you do?

We need an Independent Investigation to find out "Why" the watchdogs supposed to be protecting us, the Senate, and House, Committees on Veterans Affairs have their eyes closed so tight. And "Why" the VA Inspector General is so damn corrupt.

Surely someone is getting a LOT of money that should go to Veterans!

As Veterans we need to get off our butts and get as active as our health will allow to EXPOSE these criminals, and get VA money actually spent on Veterans.

And we need to quit being "tricked" by politicians with their empty promises to help us.

We need to dig deep and do all we can to put Veteran Activists, such as Stan Smilan, in office. We need politicians that are not part of the established "Good Old Boy" Clique. [Stan is running for Congress in Florida.]

One Stan Smilan in Congress would do more good for Veterans then 50 Inspector Generals like Griffin.

It's time we UNITE as Veterans and fight for our rights!

In July 2002 the VA discontinued outreach services to Veterans. Simply put because of "alleged" budget restrictions the Department of Veterans Affairs stopped "reaching out" to Veterans to make them aware of the many programs available to them.

Those who agreed to serve 20 years, or more, in the Military were promised lifetime. In the most outrageous farce, and mockery, of justice in history slick government attorneys, and the Federal Courts stole this benefit from them.

HR 3474 responds to the Federal Court ruling that only Congress, not military recruiters, can authorize what kind of care will be provided to military retirees, and that only Congress can - and should - make good on promised and earned health care.

While Tricare works well for many military retirees, HR 3474 will provide health care to ANY military retiree who is not well served by Tricare by allowing them to elect FEHBP coverage.  It will get health care to them right away because it does not require another burdensome bureaucracy to be created.  HR 3474 expands health care coverage for the most elderly retirees who need health care the most by waiving the Medicare Part B premiums required to enroll in Tricare for Life.

Please contact your representative and demand that we keep our promises to those who stand watch over our freedom. Demand that they support HR 3474 The Van Hollen "Keep Our Promise to America's Military Retirees Act".

HR 3474 has been endorsed by MOAA, NAUS, TREA, the Air Force Sergeants Association (AFSA), www.VetsForJustice.com, and the list of military and veterans' service organization endorsements will grow.

I think there may be a better alternative for veterans: the vets could establish their presence in the executive committees of the two major parties by becoming committeemen and women in their election precincts. Once they got a significant number into those ranks they could establish a 'Veterans Caucus' to bring the veterans issues to the forefront and into their party's platforms. Also, they would have more and effective direct access to the incumbents and candidates of both major parties - rather than relying solely on their legislative-affairs representatives' lobbying efforts.

The opportunity to run for the elective office of committeeman is available once every four years - it goes on the ballot during the August 2004 Primary Election - if the positions are contested - if more than two people per precinct are running it becomes a contested election race for that election precinct - with all committee candidates  names appearing on the ballot to be voted on by the party's registered voters in that precinct.

There is a very narrow window of opportunity to file a single sheet petition applying for this vacancy. The process should be taught to grade school civics and social studies students - but the teachers themselves are not aware of the process. And, the Supervisors of Elections are under no obligation by law to acquaint the public with the process. The newspapers and League of Women Voters don't even get involved in educating the public on the process.

By default, all unfilled vacancies for committeeman are either filled by cronies of the party chairman or yield their votes to the chairman's discretion. That's how party bosses get their power. Naturally, the party chairman would like to retain that power and not have the positions filled by anyone other than selected cronies loyal to the chairman.

I've pretty much given up on the possibility of the Veterans Party being a broad based fusion party - it's in the hands of a right wing ideologue who considers Rush Limbaugh to be a liberal. Unfortunately, the gentleman now owns the ballot line "Veterans Party of America" and the abbreviation VET.

My advice to all veterans is to get involved as committeemen in the parties they're presently affiliated with - and form a veterans caucus - like the black caucus - or the women's' caucus - or the gay and lesbian caucus - within the respective parties. The veterans can at least gain more political leverage that way.

My experiences, with the various veterans groups, to date, are that they don't realize how much latitude they have in regard to voter education of their membership. They are not acquainting their memberships with the rules and rights they are entitled to under the political process.

As for myself, I intend to revert to the 'No Party Affiliation' (NPA) status on my voter registration. If I were to get involved in the current election cycle I would do so as an independent with no party affiliation.

We have received e-mail after e-mail from Veterans who are victims of Criminal Conduct by VA Officials. Evidence in their claim files disappear, Records of hearings on their claims are falsified, and the VA uses any tactic to falsify, conceal, or otherwise misrepresent the material facts in claims, and justify cheating the Veteran.

Such conduct violates Title 18 Section 1001 and is punishable by 5 years in federal prison. In addition since the Department of Veterans Affairs uses the U.S. Mail to deny Veterans their "Intangible right of honest service" the conduct of those VA Officials constitute mail fraud in direct violation of Title 18 Section 1341 and carries a punishment of a fine of $1,000,000.00 and/or 30 years in federal prison.

The very founder of VetsForJustice.com has been an ongoing victim of these crimes, and has made Republican Secretary of the VA, Principi, fully aware of the crimes.

Since Secretary Principi has taken no action to stop the mail fraud, and in fact appears to have set an Official Policy of mail fraud by the VA against America's Veterans, we are publicly calling for a Full Federal Criminal Investigation of Secretary Principi, and his Criminal Partners in the VA Office of General Counsel.

The motive for these crimes is money of course. By delaying, and hindering, the VA Claims of Veterans, the VA has saved substantial funds, by actually driving many Veterans to suicide, or having Veterans just give up and abandon their claims.

In many other cases, the Veteran dies of old age, while waiting for his VA Claim to be processed. It's all a con game to steal the benefits we earned, and save the tax dollars, so the rich will have more government money to steal with their corporations like the Carlyle Group, or Halliburton.

If you have received mail from the Department of Veterans Affairs on your claim that was falsified, misleading as to the facts, and it is clear the VA Official sent the fraudulent document to you to deny you your intangible right to honest services, send a Victim Complaint Letter to the United States Postal Inspector and demand a criminal investigation of the VA Officials involved.

Please send a copy of your complaint to us because if the government tries to cover up crimes, for fellow government employees, and not prosecute, we will post the evidence, and bring pressure from Veterans, and Veterans Groups, until those VA Officials are arrested for their crimes.
