Dear Chief Judge Donald Ivers,

I am with www.VetsForJustice.com , which is a new internet Civil Rights Group for Veterans. Although we are a new group we have almost a million hits at our main site alone, and have been instrumental in the fight on the Disabled Veterans Tax, the Feres Doctrine, and a number of Veterans Issues.

For almost a year now we have e-mailed questions about your Veterans Court to the e-mail address given at your web site, but to date your Court has refused to respond, despite the fact that judges are supposed to be public servants, since you are paid with my tax dollars.

One of the issues we have been trying to get a response to is the overwhelming evidence that your Court is extremely bias towards Veterans forced to proceed Pro Se in your Court. And that cases are purposefully “rigged” against Veterans by your Court.

We have documented case after case, where although motions filed by Pro Se Veterans raise substantial legal questions, they are given no weight at all by your Court, apparently because the Veteran cannot afford an attorney.

In addition, there is overwhelming evidence that Judges on the Court of Appeals for Veterans not only allow VA General Counsel, Tim McClain, and attorneys working for Tim McClain, to lie, commit perjury, and falsify documents in your Court to “fix” cases against Veterans, but judges in your Court actually encourage such conduct.

Last, the judges in your Court are fully aware that a whole “Class” of Veterans have had their VA Records tampered with, destroyed, and falsified by corrupt VA Attorneys since at least 1971 to 1994.

That VA Attorneys, such as Lawrence R. Gottfried, and Jill L. Rygwalski, were actually convicted for illegally destroying Veterans VA Records during that time period.

The judges on the Court of Appeals for Veterans knows that most of the members of that class of Veterans, who had their VA Records illegally destroyed, or tampered with, were never contacted by VA Officials, and are still being harmed by the VA’s illegal conduct.

That the government has never made any effort to replace the documents that were illegally destroyed by corrupt VA Attorneys.

Yet when Veterans who are members of that class, like Billy Ray Kidwell, come to your Court with solid evidence that his VA Records were illegally destroyed, the judges in your Court cover-up the past crimes by VA Officials, and become a party, an accessory after the fact, to the crime against a whole class of Veterans.

There is an abundance of evidence that your Court is corrupt, in that judges on your Court cover up perjury, falsifying evidence, and other crimes by VA General Counsel, Tim McClain, as is documented in Cases, like those of Tommy Hubbert, Billy Kidwell, and a host of other Veterans, that came before your Court.

There is evidence your Court “works” with VA General Counsel, Tim McClain, to cover up the illegal destruction of VA Records of a whole “Class” of Veterans from 1971 to 1994.

THEREFORE, as a citizen, acting on behalf of almost a million Veterans, I have a right to know;

1. If the judges on your Court are paid bribes by the VA Office of General Counsel, or receives favors, sexual, political, or otherwise of some kind for “Fixing” cases for VA General Counsel Tim McClain. I want to know the motive cases are fixed against Veterans by your Court.

2. The motive, or reason, the Veterans Court is covering up crimes against the Class of Veterans that have had their records illegally destroyed, or tampered with, by corrupt VA Attorneys like Lawrence R. Gottfried, and Jill L. Rygwalski, or Tim McClain.

3. If the crimes against Veterans by the Court of Appeals for Veterans has a political motive, since the Court is clearly controlled by extreme right wing Republicans, some of whom honorably served their country, and were actually wounded, yet all of whom have since betrayed their fellow Veterans, either for politics, to “enhance” their government employment, and/or political standing, or for some other reason.

4. Why the Court of Appeals for Veterans does not abide by the well-settled doctrines as to Pro Se Litigants, and is so hostile towards Pro Se Veterans, failing to give adequate weight to evidence, and motions, filed by Veterans before your Court, Pro Se.

5. Can you please advise is your Court has ever actually issued a Writ of Mandamus for a Veteran?

Court Records prove motions filed by Pro Se Veterans are ignored while anything filed by the VA Office of General Counsel is promptly acted on.

There is a grass roots movement growing in America to clean up corrupt Courts such as yours. Politicians in Washington got a glance of just how fed up the public is when Veterans united on the internet against the Disabled Veterans Tax.

The record of Veteran Cases in your Court, like the Billy Kidwell Case, and the Tom Hubbert Case, exposes just how corrupt your Court is.

I would greatly appreciate it if the judges in your Court could somehow find enough morals to answer these questions, to the thousands of Veterans they have betrayed, and cheated.

At any rate, our site www.VetsForJustice.com is going to keep exposing the massive corruption in your Court until we have such a large following that you can not ignore us anymore. We plan to start using what resources we have for an advertising campaign exposing the Court of Appeals for Veterans as the sham it really is.
