Please Note that on page three above the Veterans Administration says it has no record of an application for benefits from Kidwell. This is in 1984. [See yellow highlight above.]

The Court Order above has been hid by Corrupt Federal Judges Norma Holloway Johnson, Secretary Principi, VA Attorney Tim McClain, and the VA Inspector General since 1984.

It was obtained by VetsForJustice.com by an "Unknown Informant" wanting to Expose how extremely corrupt those Government Officials really are.

Please note that written on the top of this Exhibit by VA Attorneys is "Destroy This".

That absolutely proves VA Attorneys destroyed Kidwell's VA Claim File and

that VA Attorneys have been hiding records in regards to Kidwell.

Also please note that this Exhibit B shows at the top that Kidwell's VA Claim was filed on April 21, 1972 which means that VA Attorneys committed perjury when the lied in Court in 1984 and said Kidwell had never filed for VA Benefits.

It also means that VA Attorneys, and Officials, violated a dozen federal criminal laws. Title 18 Section 1001. Title 18 Section 241, and dozens more.

Secretary Principi, Attorney McCain, and Inspector General Griffen all belong in Federal Prison.
