James Peake is cut from the same rotten cloth as all the other scum bags that have been put in charge of the VA as a political payoff. That's what the VA job of Secretary really is, it's a political payoff for supporting the political party that is presently in power.

The real job of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs is to keep the cost of wars low, by intentionally cheating Disabled Veterans out of benefits that they earned.

Recently James Peake had to testify before Congress as to what the VA knows about the thousands, and thousands, of Veterans committing suicide.

Naturally, James Peake, being the professional liar that he is, claimed that the VA doesn't have much information about Veteran Suicides. Nothing could be further from the truth!

James Peake INTENTIONALLY cheats Veterans, using delaying tactics, falsification of records, destruction of records, "fixing" medical reports, and doing whatever it takes to cheat Veterans and send them in endless circles.

The Official VA Goal is to STEAL the Veterans Benefits, and to drive the Veteran to suicide, if possible, so the VA will never have to pay them.

James Peake knows this. Everyone that works at the VA knows this. And any Veteran that has prosecuted a claim for benefits knows this.

Veterans need to UNITE and say enough is enough!

BUSH ADMINISTRATION USES PET CREMATORIUM FOR AMERICAN HEROES WHO FALL IN COMBAT

The inhuman abuse of American Troops by the Bush Administration never seems to end.

We find troops are not given armor, and what they need to fight. We find the wounded are housed in wooden billets, in the heat of summer, without air, or even inside toilets.

Then we find hospital conditions are inhuman, with human waste dripping on wounded soldiers, at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C. .

We find President Bush charging the wounded troops for their meals, while many lay dying in Military Hospitals, and that President Bush even has the credit of wounded troops, who cannot pay for their meals, destroyed.

It goes on, and on, and would take a whole library to list all the filthy, inhuman, un-American treatment of the troops that fight for our country by the Bush Administration, and the Republican Party.

Now when we just think they can't get any lower we find that they are sending American Troops who died in combat to Pet Crematoriums.

We should have expected this from a political party that starts wars, profits off them while screwing our troops, and then sneaks the war dead back into our country in the dead of night, denying them the HONOR of a hero's return, like they EARNED.

The Republicans are afraid that if the public saw the real numbers of dead being returned that public support for their War for Profit would drop.

Meanwhile, President Bush lets Bin Laden, and those that really attacked us on 911 run free, laughing at us.

Let us all hope that Bin Laden someday pitches his tent on an oil field somewhere so that Bush will REALLY go after him.

Those that REALLY attacked us on 911 need to face justice.

THE REPUBLICAN PARTY PASSES ANTI-VETERAN STIMULUS PACKAGE

An ungrateful Republican Party, that has been determined to keep America's Disabled Veterans from getting a dime from the multi-billion dollar Stimulus Package, has almost gotten their wish.

Thanks to two leading Democrats "changing sides", Democrat Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi, joining the Anti-Veteran Republican Party, they passed a "stimulus" package giving $800 to $1,600 to everyone in America EXCEPT the elderly, and America's Disabled Veterans.

America's Disabled Veterans get a mere $300.

About a third of what the rest of America gets, proving that America is a very ungrateful nation, that the Republican Party is extremely ungrateful towards America's Military, once they fall in battle, and the Republicans no longer need them for their wars of profit.

For years the Republican Party has had complete control over the Department of Veterans Affairs, cheating America's Heroes out of the benefits that they earned, and the conduct of the Republican Party on this "Stimulus" package proves our allegations about that wrongful conduct with VA benefits.

In reality, the stimulus package will never work, and actually harms America putting us deeper, and deeper, in dept to China, which is where the Bush Administration is borrowing the money to give away. It creates a debt our children will never be able to repay.

The way to "Stimulate" our economy is to stop using the wealth of America to build nations, that history has shone us will never be real friends but that will one day attack us.

When war comes to the Middle East everyone knows that Iraq will side with Iran against us, so all we are doing in Iraq is building a stronger future enemy. Isn't Iraq using all the military weapons Republican President Reagan gave to Iraq to attack our troops now? Reagan, and Rumsfeld MADE Saddam powerful.

We need to use American Money IN AMERICA paying our Veterans the benefits they EARNED, caring for our elderly, and building American Factories again while punishing corporations that go overseas to increase their profits, taking America's Jobs with them.

We need to stand up to America's "We will do anything for a dollar" politicians and say enough is enough. That America's Veterans are NOT third class citizens!

The only real way to stimulate America is to pay a living wage to our Disabled Veterans, and elderly, to spend money creating new jobs, and to bring America's Factories home.

A CALL TO UNITE !

A couple of years ago all the grassroots Veterans Groups united together on Congressman Marshall's Discharge Petition on the Disabled Veterans Tax and we actually changed the law, and got President Bush to back down.

Now, with all the elections, and politics going on, is the time for grassroots Veterans Groups to UNITE again to correct the injustice of the Disabled Veterans Tax, and to clean up the Corrupt Federal Court System so that Veterans can correct all the other injustices in an honest Court System.

We need to all put aside our differences and once again UNITE to form a voice the politicians running our country cannot ignore. If they want re-elected.

Help us force legislation to correct the Disabled Veterans Tax, and use our clout as Veterans to force the House, and Senate, Committees on the Judiciary to clean up the extremely corrupt Federal Court System, and start impeaching corrupt judges.

 

How Veterans are REALLY Treated by an Ungrateful Nation

America's Fourth Class Citizens

What the news media will not tell you is the truth about what it's like to be a disabled Veteran returning from war, or the truth about the Department of Veterans Affairs, and America's Court System.

The Disabled Vietnam Veteran returned to find he had lost his Constitutional Rights for serving his country. The government calls it the "Feres Doctrine".

That there was no agency to help him, and that both the VA System, and the Courts, were dishonest, and rotten to the core.

Little has changed for today's troops returning from Afghanistan, or Iraq, disabled from serving an "Ungrateful" Nation.

The "tactics" used by the Department of Veterans Affairs, to cheat Disabled Vietnam Veterans out of their benefits, was to illegally destroy evidence, and sometimes the Veterans whole Claim File, and then to send Veterans in endless circles, hoping the Veteran would give up, or die.

Yes, the VA, and our politicians DO want you DEAD, now that they don't need you anymore, so that they don't have to pay you.

Today the new VA "tactic" is to search in the Disabled Veterans Past, and try to find any kind of prior illness, almost everyone has one, so that the military when they discharge you, and the VA when you apply for benefits, can claim that the combat injury, or P.T.S.D. is actually a "pre-existing" injury, or illness, as they send today's returning heroes in endless circles.

You have to remember that those put in charge of the VA, as a "Political Pay-Off", are the very best, the very sleaziest, corporate officers in America. They are experts at stealing!

While our politicians will dump hundred dollar bills out of airplanes in Afghanistan...

re-build nations with billions of dollars, that turn out to be our enemies...

offer to give everyone in America $800 to help the economy (during an election year)

America's Politicians REFUSE to care for those who return wounded, or disabled, from serving their country.

And if you should refuse to give up, and DO obtain benefits after wasting your life fighting the VA for the benefits you EARNED, benefits that should have been freely given from the start, what do you really get?

A 100% Service-Connected Veteran gets about the same amount of pay a manager at a McDonalds Restaurant makes! And the manager doesn't have the added costs related to being disabled!

When you travel to VA Hospitals for your medical appointments you will get 11 cents a mile despite gas costing over $3.00 a gallon and car payments, and insurance taking most of your disability check.

The VA gives you just about enough "travel pay" so they can get you the hell off their property.

How can any nation be MORE ungrateful to those who defend her?

It's election time. It's now or never that we make our government to start being accountable for the inhuman treatment of America's Veterans.

And we need to STOP having the Department of Veterans Affairs, and our Court System, used as a "Political Payoff System" where low-life's, and greedy corporate political supporters of the "right" politicians, are made judges, or given control of an agency that has constantly betrayed our Veterans.

Now is the time we NEED to unite.

  

U.S. District Courts, Rigged, Dishonest, Fixing Cases,  Accepting Bribes, and strongly

ANTI-VETERAN

Anyone who has not prosecuted a lawsuit in the Federal Court System has the illusion that the Courts in America are fair and honest. After all this is America, right?

The truth is that we have the most dishonest Court System on earth, however that is one of America's "dirty little secrets", because the news media does not do its duty, to make the public aware of the cesspool, the American Judicial System has become.

Or how America's Veterans have no rights, or any chance of a fair, or honest, process should you sue the VA in Court.

Federal Judges, from District Court Judges, to Appeals Court Judges, and even the Judges on the Supreme Court, freely accept "bribes" from Court Lobbyists, calling them "Education Junkets", or some similar name.

Don't be fooled. Those "junkets" are clearly bribes, and federal judges remember who pays them off.

The real problem is that Federal Judges are political appointees, appointed for life, and above the law. They remember who appointed them and repay the "favors" they owe.

The reason they are above the law is that congress passed laws allowing federal judges oversee themselves, and no federal judge is going to punish himself, or a fellow judge.

Even though Committees in both the House, and Senate, are "supposed" to oversee corrupt judges, neither committee will investigate an individual case, nor investigate a corrupt Federal Judge, no matter how dishonest the judge is.

The result is that the VA has developed a scheme for keeping every Veteran from getting help in the Courts.

The VA will falsify your VA Claim File, destroy your VA records, and commit any crime to steal your benefits.

Should you try to sue in Court the VA merely lies and tells the Court that you didn't seek an administrative remedy, or that the VA is working on it, or some other lie and the U.S. District Court will rule against you, knowing the VA is lying, and knowing that you have no one to complain to, because Federal Judges cover up for each other.

 What can we do with a system so dishonest?

We need to hold each member of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary, and U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary, fully responsible, and unite with every grassroots Veterans Group on the internet to vote out any Congressman, or Senator, on those Committees that does not act to clean up the filth that is our judicial system, and give America's Veterans an Honest, Fair, Court System.

The key to all the evils against America's Veterans is cleaning up the "Political", rotten to the core, bribe taking Federal Court System we have now, and getting some honest judges.

 an honest Court System Veterans can go to when they are wronged, or treated unfairly.

Each Veteran coming here can help by writing, or e-mailing, those Committees DEMANDING that they actually start cleaning up the extremely corrupt Federal Court System, and DOING THEIR DUTY, impeaching dishonest Federal Judges.

Out of 13,000 cases filed by Veterans, the Court of Veterans Appeals, has only ruled in the Veterans favor 14 times. It's "Policy" is to send Veterans in endless circles, just like the VA does.

Being one of the thousands of Veterans that had their VA Claim File illegally destroyed by VA Attorneys, many times, and having gone to the Courts, many times, in my quest for justice, I KNOW just how dishonest, and rotten America's Court System really is.

Over the years I have discovered how both high-level VA Officials, and Federal Judges, are BOTH awarded their jobs as part of a "Political Pay-Off System", for supporting the "right" political candidate.

I have seen how the United States District Court is Washington is full of political thieves, who eagerly lie, and cover-up, the crimes of dishonest VA Officials, and how you cannot find one honest Federal Judge in Washington.

I have seen U.S. District Court Judge Marcia Morales Howard in Fort Myers Florida intentionally lie on the record, as she ORDERED a Disabled Veteran to violate his doctor's medical orders, as she tried to cause his death, so she could "rig" a case for a fellow attorney.

You would be hard pressed to find any criminal, in any prison, as dishonest, and corrupt, as many of America's "Political" Federal Judges, nor a "system" so strongly Anti-Veteran.

That is why it was so shocking to read the recent, HONEST, decision by Judge Samuel Conti in the Class Action for Veterans. [Judge Samuel Conti is with the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.]

Judge Samuel Conti was honest, describing the relevant case law, and set an example, that all Federal Judges should follow.

Someone actually screwed up and appointed an honest Federal Judge!

If there were MORE honest judges, like Judge Samuel Conti, there would surely be far less corruption in the Department of Veterans Affairs, and a lot less Disabled Veterans being intentionally driven to their death, by the politicians controlling the VA, and most of the federal Courts.

Despite the government's best attempts to get the class-action lawsuit dismissed, it will go forward, and hopefully clean up, at least a little, of the filth in the VA System, and thereby save the lives of many Veterans, who only seek, the care, and benefits, THEY EARNED.

The lawsuit was filed by the Veterans for Common Sense, and Veterans United for Truth  Non-Profit Groups.

Those are the groups that are really fighting for Veterans Rights. Which makes you ask just WHY the American Legion, the DAV, the VFW, or any of the "Established" Veterans Groups have not joined in the lawsuit, with their vast resources, to help Veterans.

If you were going to donate money to one of those "Established" Groups, we URGE you to THINK AGAIN, and to send the money to the groups that are actually fighting for our rights in Court instead.

We have received information from former, and current, VA Doctors, who have visited our site, about many VA Schemes to cheat Veterans, including memo "instructions" for doctors to be "conservative" in their ratings, instead of honest.

Recently we have also receive information from a number of different VA Regional Offices about Nepotism, and Favoritism, being rampant in the Department of Veterans Affairs.

The problem with the Department of Veterans Affairs, is the same exact problem we had with FEMA, and Bush's pal "Brownie", the horse trader Bush put in charge of FEMA.

People are appointed to administration, and leadership positions, in the Department of Veterans Affairs, who are not qualified, because of who they are related to, or who they know, or for political reasons.

At our sister website, The One Voice Forum, you can read posts from VA Rating Board Adjudicators, exposing how being related to someone, or favoritism, if you are in the right political "clique", you can get a job you are not qualified for at the VA.

This results in many errors being made on VA Claims, by individuals not qualified to process your claim, and results in delayed claims, and wrongly denying claims.

To compound the problem even more, the VA is using old DOS Computer Programs, such as MAPD, SHARE, COVERS, BDN SHELL, AWARDS, and several other intertwined applications.

This is why so many of your tax dollars, earmarked for Veterans, is being wasted.

Sleaziest, Anti-Veteran Businessman in America

Many of you have seen our links here to another site, www.LyingScumBags.com where it describes how a Veteran was ripped off by General Motors when he bought one of the last S-10 Pickup Trucks coming off the assembly line three years ago.

A brand new truck with dash lights that go out unexpectedly, a gas gauge that never works, a leaking transmission, a knocking motor, a side door that won't open, a passenger seat that falls down while driving, dozens of other problems, and the truck has failed to even start for the past two years.

A lemon law hearing was held and the truck was found to be defective, and not fit to drive, and General Motors was given a "last chance" to fix the truck, but has failed to do so, or even try to fix it.

General Motors does NOT honor it's written warranty, or even care about honesty, or business ethics.

A number of letters was sent to EACH member of the General Motors Board of Directors, and to General Motors CEO, G. RICHARD WAGONER, explaining everything, and asking for General Motors to provide a working truck, which is what the Disabled Veteran paid General Motors for.

Six Registered Letter Complaints were sent to General Motors CEO G Richard Wagoner, making sure, beyond any doubt, he KNEW he was stealing from a Disabled Veteran.

General Motors CEO G. Richard Wagoner, fully knowing the circumstances, and that he had cheated a disabled Veteran, directed the General Motors Attorneys to stall, and continue to cheat the Disabled Veteran out of his money, because G. Richard Wagoner knew the Veteran was on VA Disability, and could not afford an attorney.

The Official "Policy" of General Motors, as set by their CEO, G. Richard Wagoner, is "Steal from Disabled Veterans because they can't afford attorneys".

G. Richard Wagoner has gotten rich by these sleazy "tactics". He lacks morals, and business ethics. It takes a real low life to profit off knowingly stealing from disabled Veterans, simply because he has enough money to pay attorneys, just as sleazy as he is, to assist him.

It is therefore Our Opinion that General Motors CEO G. Richard Wagoner, a common thief, is the Sleaziest Anti-Veteran Businessman in America, and General Motors is the Sleaziest Business.
