The Problem(s)

America's Military are victims of ongoing Fraudulent Enlistment Tactics by the United States Government in which those enlisting in military service, and/or sometimes being drafted to serve, are given specific promises, such as pensions, lifetime medical care, being taken care of if they fall in battle, and sometimes other items to "entice" them into Military Service, and/or, serving a certain number of years in an enlistment to "earn" certain retirement benefits.

The United States Government has a long, ongoing, "Official Policy" of not honoring the Contracts it makes with those serving in the military, as described above, and recently America's Corrupt Federal Courts have put their "Stamp of Approval" on this system of mass fraud by the United States Government. Chief Judge Ginsberg in Washington, D.C. has ruled that the United States Government does not have to be honest in its enlistment tactics, nor does the United States Government have to honor its promises to those serving in the military.

This same Federal Court System has set a doctrine, and on its own, created a law where those who serve our country actually lose their Civil Rights, as punishment for serving their country. Those who serve in the military lose their First Amendment Right of "Meaningful" Access to the Courts for Redress, and their Constitution Right to "Due Process of Law" due to a doctrine set by the Federal Courts known as the Feres Doctrine.

Senators, Congressmen, and other Government Officials, give us lip service, and false promises, and form letters, but do not want to actually treat Veterans honestly, and fair, due to the substantial cost involved.

This was demonstrated by how hard President Bush fought to keep from signing the Recent Concurrent Receipt Bill, and how he watered it down to continue to cheat thousands, and thousands, of Military Retirees out of the pension they were promised, and legally earned.

Yet these same Senators, and even our President, will drop planeloads of hundred dollar bills in Afghanistan, and give billions in foreign aid to our enemies.

There are numerous Veterans Groups, the American Legion, DAV, Vietnam Veterans, to name just a few, that have been active in fighting to correct these injustices. And these organizations have done a great deal of good. However Veterans in America have been like a lion without teeth, and as a whole, most Government Officials, and Agencies ignore, and abuse, Veterans. Or simply send us form letters to appease us, while doing nothing.

Victories are few, and far, between.

That is because although there are many Veterans Groups, and Organizations, we are not united. And because of this we do not have the power to fire Senators, Congressmen, and Government Officials that betray us, nor to hire those who would help. We need teeth!

The  Solution

Those in government want to keep us divided by separating us into political parties, and watering down our votes with "Shotgun" Methods where we vote based on many issues. Terrorism, the War with Iraq, and so on. Veterans will never get fair, honest treatment until we UNITE into one massive Voting Block whose vote is based solely on one issue.

Veterans Issues!

If America's Veterans UNITED into one massive voting block then we could control who gets elected. We could actually FIRE those in the government that betray us. We could quickly solve ALL the injustice our military, and Veterans, are now subject to. We could make America keep it's enlistment promises. Take care of its Veterans.

Americas Veterans will continue to be a lion without teeth unless we put aside political parties, and all other political issues, and UNITE to solve problems one at time. Divided we get nothing done. United we can start forcing those we send to Washington to actually listen to us instead of selling their votes to lobbyists.

Each, and every, Veterans Group has its place and does great good. We need to encourage membership in them.

But each, and every, Veteran, and his family, and friends, should join VetsForJustice.Com to help us EXPOSE injustice towards America's Military, Retirees, and Veterans. And we must also join the Vets-Voting-Bloc.Org and keep our word to vote as one voice, for those in government that promote our issues. And to fire those that betray us.

America's Military, Retirees, and Veterans, can be a lion with very large teeth or we can continue to be a paper tiger and forever be victims. It up to you. One person DOES make a difference.

The Mission of VetsForJustice

The mission of VetsForJustice shall be to UNITE all Military, Retirees, Veterans, their family, and friends into one organization intent on finding, exposing, and correcting injustices towards America's Military, Retirees, and Veterans. We do not intend to "Be another Veterans Group" but rather seek to UNITE all our voices so that we have the teeth to actually solve problems.

We intend to promote fellowship among America's Military, Retirees, and Veterans, and their family, friends, and supporters, and to work closely with other Veterans Organizations in our quest to UNITE us in resolving injustice towards America's Military, Retirees, and Veterans, and their dependants.

We seek Justice for America's Veterans.
