VA OFFICE OF GENERAL COUNSEL CAUGHT! We at Vets For Justice are determined to expose Corruption in the VA. It looks like the most corrupt people on earth are back at it. That's right, it's Tim S. McClain, and his Office of General Counsel for the VA! Tim S. McClain, and his "Clique" of goons in the Office of General Counsel are so corrupt they give ambulance chasing shysters a bad name. One of our members went to a hearing on his Pension claim at the VA Regional Office in Saint Petersburg, Florida. He had witnesses with him! The Hearing Officer stated that she had the authority to make a FINAL Decision, and a tape recording was made of all this. Our Member submitted medical records proving his disability was Service-Connected and that a General Discharge he received should be considered Honorable. The Hearing Officer made a FINAL Decision that our member was fully entitled to benefits. The Hearing Officer stated that she had to call the Office of General Counsel to advise them what happened and that the claim would be processed in two weeks or less. After calling, Tim S. McClain's Office of General Counsel, the Regional Office "Sat" on the claim over six months, while the Office of General Counsel schemed about how to cheat our member. The "Plan" the thieves in the Office of General Counsel came up with was to first illegally "Hide" the evidence. The tape recording of the hearing. The next step was to tamper with his VA Claim File, hide favorable evidence, and lie about the Hearing Officer's "FINAL" Decision. The scheme was to put a new fraudulent Decision in his VA Records denying him benefits. This is all documented! A request has been sent to the Veterans Court asking that these corrupt attorneys not be allowed to practice in the Veterans Court. And a "Personal" lawsuit is in the process of being drafted against Tim S. McClain, and his VA Attorney Criminal Buddies. Meanwhile, many members of Vets For Justice will be in Washington for the protest, and while there we intend to meet with news media, and DEMAND a FULL CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION of Tim S. McClain, and his goon squad in the VA Office of General Counsel. We will keep you informed as this story develops.
