The RAPE of America's Veterans and the Republican Connection

The Bush Administration has quietly declared War against America's Veterans.

The News Media closes it's eyes, and refuses to do stories on the massive corruption in the Department of Veterans Affairs.

While President Bush is quick to send Americans in harms way, and even quicker to turn his back on them when they fall in battle.

What is being done to America's Veterans under the Bush Administration is a national shame!

And a lot of that blame belongs on the news media that has refused to do stories on the massive betrayal of America's Veterans, because Veteran Stories are just not that "sellable".

An investigation shows that, it is not only the votes in Florida, from the Presidential Election, that are in question. But the high jacking of a whole government agency, controlling vast amounts of money, by one Southern California Republican Law Firm.

Yes, we are talking about the Department of Veterans Affairs! And how slick politicians have put the complete control of that agency, and the plight of all of America's Veterans, in the hands of one Republican Law Firm, that seems to harbor a strong hate for America's Veterans, and their statutory Rights.

The law firm of Principi and McClain, LLC of La Jolla California!

As we all know, Principi is the Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs and has been very active in the Republican Party.

But how many people know that Tim McClain, who is in charge of the Office of General Counsel for the Department of Veterans Affairs, is his wife's law partner in California, and a fellow active Republican? [Although it is Principi's Wife in the Law Firm he is in essence a partner with McClain, since a percentage of the profits are considered "Martial Property".]

This alone should be illegal since the Department of Veterans Affairs is such a powerful agency that it controls all the benefits, for all of America's Veterans.

Therefore the Office of General Counsel should be headed by a law professional that is independent from the VA itself, and therefore willing to advise the agency, when its conduct is illegal, and take steps to correct the problems.

And there is no way he should be "Tied" to the Secretary, both personally, and in business, since one of his duties is to determine Tort Claims against the Secretary!

There should not be such an appalling Conflict of Interest !

Instead we have the Office of General Counsel, actually being a law partner with the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and having an extremely strong interest in covering up mistakes, and/or, even Criminal Acts by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs.

This type of Conflict tends to cover up wrongs by the VA, and denied all Veterans that file Tort Claims Due Process of Law.

The judgments, and outcome, of such bias in Tort Claim Processing severely "Taints" the whole process. From investigation to end.

But the conflicts do not stop there!

The law firm of Principi and McClain, LLC of La Jolla California specializes in Tort Claims against the government!

Yes, the wife files Tort Claims, and the husband has the power, and "connections" to decide those Tort Claims.

To fully understand how the "System" works you have to understand the many "Cliques" and special interest groups that control Washington, D.C. .

In fact, every Presidential Cabinet Appointment in the Bush Administration has been someone with strong Corporate Connections.

What this means is that lobbyists are not necessary in Washington to buy our government anymore. Bush GAVE our country to big business lock, stock, and barrel.

The result is energy companies "Police" themselves, and are above the law, Corporate "Misconduct" running wild, destroying the life savings, and benefits, of thousands of Americans.

And America's Veterans being RAPED by Principi, and McClain!

This would be like having Bush be President, while all his cousins controlled congress, and him having a brother control the Supreme Court.

It would be wrong. Morally wrong!

Just as it is wrong to have one law firm, or small "Clique", to control all of America's Veterans Benefits.

Benefits many of us fought, and died for.

Benefits that should be awarded fairly, and impartially.

If it isn't illegal it is in the least morally wrong, and violates the rights of all veterans.

And what makes it worst is that both Principi, and McClain, are members of a conservative "Clique" in the Republican Party that harbor the belief that the costs of America's Wars should be kept as low as possible, by using various con games to cheat America's Veterans. [There are many GOOD Republicans. Lower level Republicans who have family values, and good intents. It's just many of the Republican Leadership that have sold their souls to big business, and a quest for power, and have betrayed most working class Americans, and America's Veterans.]

These individuals are both millionaires and strong supporters of BIG BUSINESS. They relate to Corporate America, and not to veterans, many of whom were working class citizens, defending our country.

Under Principi, and McClain, the Department of Veterans Affairs has reached the point where it is providing the WORST medical care in it's history to Veterans. With many Veterans having to wait 6 months, or more, just to see a doctor.

The Department of Veterans Affairs has become the most corrupt agency in the history of this nation under their leadership.

With employees stealing millions of dollars, and approving claims for each other in as little as FIVE DAYS, while many of America's REAL Combat Veterans wait as long as 32 years to have a claim processed!

And it is not only "Normal" for VA Officials to hide, and steal, evidence from Veterans Claim Files, but Secretary Principi actually pays them BONUSES to do so!

VetsForJustice has solid evidence of both Principi, and McClain, being informed of actual Criminal Acts by VA Officials, and neither has taken any corrective action.

In case after case!

That is because they are BEHIND the corruption! They encourage the "Con Games" against America's Veterans.

These con games range from good old fashioned delaying tactics, in the processing of Veterans Claims, to having evidence in Veterans Claim Files favorable to them strangely disappear, or mysteriously "Change" as to the real material facts.

These con games include misusing their power as VA Officials to deny America's Veterans "Meaningful" Access to the Court of Veterans Affairs, and "Rigging" the outcome of Veterans Cases there.

But all this is only the tip of the iceberg!

When America's Disabled Veterans exercise their right to hearings on their claims they are told that for "Security Reasons" the Veteran may not bring a tape recorder to make an honest recording of the proceedings.

Then, even when the veteran demands a copy of the recording made by the VA, the VA will destroy the tape, if it has testimony favorable to the veteran, and send the veteran a typed, doctored up, phony transcript of the hearing where evidence favorable to the veteran is missing.

The reason given by the VA for this con game?

They state that "Since tape recordings are digital in nature they must be destroyed after 30 days"!

This took place in the case of Tom Hubbert, a Disabled Veteran that has been cheated for years by the VA. He recently prevailed at a hearing, and actually requested a copy of the tape recording, at his hearing.

Shortly there after he sent personal letters to Mr. Principi, Tim McClain, and the Regional Director in Saint Petersburg, Florida, requesting a copy of the tape recording, and pointing out that Tim McClain had been "far less then honest" in his case.

He stated that he suspected the VA Office of General Counsel might attempt to destroy the tape, because of the history of them being dishonest in the processing of his case.

All three refused to provide Tom Hubbert a true and correct copy of the tape recording!

The Regional Director sent Tom Hubbert a letter stating the tape recording of his hearing "had to be destroyed because it is digital in nature".

In an effort to give the benefit of the doubt to these three VA Officials VetsForJustice.Com contacted the company that makes the tape and was informed that "tapes are analog in nature and last years. That whoever had told us that analog tapes are digital in nature and had to be destroyed after 30 days had lied to us."

One can only assume that the Regional Director purposefully lied, as part of the conspiracy with Mr. Principi, and Tim McClain.

Needless to say, the "transcript", that was provided, or to be more accurate the "Work of Fiction" purported to be a transcript of the hearing, had all the favorable testimony, and favorable remarks by the hearing officer "Strangely Missing".

Billy Ray Kidwell, who was a witness at the hearing, was appalled to find his testimony both "changed, and much missing".

In fact, the document being passed off by Principi, and McClain, to be a transcript of the hearing was so fraudulent as to the actual material facts that it was a Criminal Act pursuant to Title 18 Section 1001.

Both Billy Kidwell, the witness whose testimony was changed, and Tom Hubbert, the victim, sent letters to the justice department asking for an Investigation of Principi, and McClain.

Clearly it is a Criminal Act pursuant to Title 18 Section 1001 to tamper with, and knowing change the real material facts in Official VA Records, as part of a conspiracy to cheat a veteran.

And evidence such as the fraudulent claim that a tape recorder is a security threat when a veteran holds it, but safe when a VA Official holds it, supports the theory that the crime was actually planned by Principi, and McClain.

As is the FRAUDULENT VA statement, actually put in writing by their third conspirator, the Regional Director, that analog tape recordings are "Digital in nature and must be destroyed after 30 days".

When you combine these material facts, with the fact that both the witnesses who testified, and the Disabled Veteran Victim, state in no uncertain terms that the written transcript is fraudulent, and false as to the real facts, and actual testimony, there is more then enough evidence to convict VA Officials for this crime.

Yet the Republican controlled Justice Department refuses to respond.

Both Billy Kidwell, the witness whose testimony was changed, and Tom Hubbert, the victim, sent letters to the FBI asking for an Investigation of Principi, and McClain.

Again no response!

America's Veterans are being raped, and robbed, by a "Clique" of republicans that have used "very questionable tactics" to take control of the agency entrusted with the control of all of the benefits for Veterans.

We are all victims of a mass crime, and while veterans are being robbed, high level management in the VA are getting rich with bonuses, extremely high salaries, and "perks".

It is the moral DUTY of all Americans to fight this massive rape of America's Veterans by the extremely corrupt Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Anthony Principi, and his partner in crime, Tim McClain.

Both belong in prison.

And although the author, Billy Ray Kidwell, has strong family values, and many Republican type beliefs, he also is disabled from fighting for this country, and believes in Freedom, Honestly in Government, and fair treatment for America's Veterans.

And individuals low enough to conspire together to cheat America's Veterans are a very real threat to the very freedoms we all fought for.

They harm the morals of our country, for it is our duty as Americans, to care for those who have fallen in battle.

And to make sure they receive fair, honest, treatment on their disability claims.
